Refund & Return Policy
At Babids, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories if applicable.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.
